Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once the issue is confirmed.
Non-Refundable Items
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling are not eligible for refunds.
